I’m a fan of Scott Rosenberg, who used to be one of the main editors of Salon.com. Years ago I worked with him when I submitted a story to the website. Yesterday his blog mentioned igoogleforyou.com, which claims it’s not an April Fool’s Day Prank. So I visited the site and entered the first and weirdest vegan search I could think of: Vegan Cream Cheese Frosting. Eleven hours later, the man behind iGoogle emailed me his result. Turns out Beverly Lynn Bennett at VeganChef.com has concocted that very item. And now I want some.
