People shoplift meat all the time. Nothing interesting about that. But in West Virginia this past week, a guy walked into a Kroger’s, loaded up his shopping cart with nearly two thousand dollars worth of meat, and calmly walked out through the fire dor.
I know meat’s expensive and all, but the fact that someone could even get two thousand dollars’ worth into a shopping cart, let alone make off with all that stuff without anyone noticing, is pretty impressive. Anyway, surveillance cameras caught a good photo of the suspect. He does not appear to be a criminal mastermind.
You know, the FBI really ought to be monitoring all meat eaters on the grounds that vegans are exceedingly unlikely to commit such a crime. Link.
