The three million dollars the American Egg Board wants to use in California has been put on hold until September 22, when a federal judge should rule on the matter. The San Francisco Chronicle has a good story about the temporary freeze on the money, and you can also read an interesting blog entry about it written by Wayne Pacelle.

At the same time, the U.S. Poultry & Egg Association just dumped a quarter million dollars into our California opposition’s coffers.
