Earth Balance Moves Into Nut Butters

The options for vegans keep getting better. My favorite brand of vegan margarine, Earth Balance, is branching out to produce peanut butter and almond butter. The press release I’ve linked to uses the word Vegan four different times. On top of that, these products will contain some ground flax to boost their Omega 3 profile. Link.
