Slate.com just put up a surprisingly useful and outright entertaining video comparing two “as-seen-on-TV” kitchen chopping tools. Do they perform as well in real life as they do in a professionally made 30-second advertisement? Could a TV pitchman named Vince ever steer you wrong?
This is really good stuff, worth watching even if you spend zero time in the kitchen. And I loved the “vegan shrapnel” line.
