Wall Street Journal on E. Coli Testing

If you want to get a detailed understanding of how corrupt America’s meat safety regulations are, there’s no better place to start than by reading an article that appeared in today’s Wall Street Journal.

Under current procedures, untested beef is going into the food supply even after other flesh from the same carcass tests positive for E. coli. And the beef industry wants to keep it that way. (Via Starkman.) Link.
