Rachel Maddow Interviews Rick Berman

I’ve got huge respect for Rachel Maddow, who has got to be one of the best interviewers in the business. Last night she had on Rick Berman of the Center for Consumer Freedom. The resultant interview was one of the most illuminating pieces of television I’ve seen all year. Maddow came in ridiculously well prepared and refused to let the spotlight stray from discussing Berman’s funding sources and his refusal to disclose his donors.

Berman’s as slick and evasive as they come, but I don’t think he did his cause a bit of good by appearing on the show. I’ve got Part One and Part Two of the interview embedded below. (Via Crossfield and Rosenberg.)
