Study Reveals Widespread Sushi Fraud

Just about every school cafeteria or univeristy dining hall serves up some form of mystery meat, but did you know that sushi restaurants are often similarly guilty when it comes to fish? DNA testing has shown that items that are purportedly made of tuna commonly have very different origins.

And this mislabeling is not an occasional lapse, either. It happened more than half the time at 31 sushi restaurants tested. Link.
