Jamie Oliver’s TED Talk: Teach Every Child About Food

February 12, 2010

I don’t break out the word brilliant with any regularity, but this new TED talk by Jamie Oliver certainly qualifies. It’s not only the best food talk I can remember watching, it’s about the best talk of any kind I’ve seen in years. This video confirms to me that junk food culture has struck its iceberg, and is in the process of sinking.

Everyone who visits this blog ought to do everything imaginable to get this video seen by as many people as possible. Email it to your friends, post it to your Facebook wall, and tweet it. The indefensible always collapses suddenly, and that will soon be the case with junk food culture. Link.
