The beef markets remained under horrible pressure this week as historically high prices are driving consumers from roasts and steaks at one end of the beef section in the meat case and as a rapidly developing distaste for ground beef are driving them from the other end, leaving the beef markets in a demand desertion, according to Feedstuffs sources.
It’s music to my ears: “A rapidly developing distaste for ground beef.”
The beef industry will inevitably recover. Sort of. But it will never be what it was. Link.
