Last week, I blogged about a Forbes piece that revealed the oversupply issues plaguing the meat industry.
A reader just sent me an Economist piece that tackles the subject in greater depth. Leaving animal rights and environmental considerations completely aside, a person would have to be out of his mind to want to become a player in the meat industry.
