I adore his first idea:

Progressive states should adopt the following law: to sell meat in this state, you have to provide a public right of access to the feeding operations and slaughterhouses where the animals live.

Exactly. Let ag states pass whatever nonsense ag-gag laws they want; progressive states can fight back by banning sales of animal products from producers who don’t offer full transparency. At one stroke, agribusiness stooges like Nebraska governor Dave Heineman will be made irrelevant. (Thanks, Lisa.) Link.
