Bullshit linkbait article from Men’s Fitness rounding up what are purportedly the 20 healthiest foods to include in your diet. Beef comes in at Number 10. The article goes so far as to claim that its nutrients can aid your “circulatory health,” and yet the piece somehow neglects to mention beef’s massive payload of saturated fat.
The entire beef entry feels like it was excerpted from the Cattlemen’s website. It’s too bad Men’s Fitness can apparently publish this garbage without suffering any consequences, and that thousands of uninformed readers likely take this bogus advice at face value.
There’s nothing in the article that indicates the author, Joe Gould, has any nutrition credentials. A sorry excuse for journalism in every respect. Link.
