That PCRM ad targeting McDonald’s that I blogged about a couple days ago will air tonight on The Daily Show. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen such a stridently anti-meat commercial broadcast. That said, as anti-meat sentiment grows more entrenched even among omnivores, there’s less need to walk on eggshells out of fear of causing offense. It’ll be interesting to see how Daily Show viewers respond.
