Outstanding 45-minute documentary from the late Peter Jennings, first aired in 2003. Despite its age, it’s not at all dated, and is essential viewing for food activists. It’s astonishing and commendable that ABC would air something so overwhelmingly critical of an industry that’s one of its primary advertising sponsors.
Worth seeing just to watch the parade of soulless industry assholes doing their evasive doublespeak. After watching these people in action, what you’ll really need is a dose of Bill Hicks.
