A few months back, Ani’s Raw Food Desserts was published. Now, there’s another terrific raw food dessert cookbook, also with high-end design and book production values. Check out Jennifer Cornbleet’s Raw for Dessert: Easy Delights for Everyone.
One appealing quality about these two books is that preparation of raw desserts is generally far less involved and intimidating than it is for raw food entrees. So if you want to start incorporating more raw foods into your diet, dessert is a great place to start.
