Salon on Hegans

Salon has posted a critique of the Boston Globe’s “hegan” article that’s by turns scornful and admiring of the concept. Regardless of whether heganism ultimately catches on, it’s clearly doing some useful work for the time being. Whether by accident or by design, there does seem to be something awfully sticky about the word.

As long as this word continues to get kicked around by the media, the discussion will doubtless inspire strong sales of Rip Esselstyn’s ever-so-manly Engine 2 Diet book. Link.
