For day four of our 21-part VegTalk series focusing on Oprah’s vegan challenge, I take you through the benefits of eating your veggies, and offer strategies for increasing your consumption of produce. I devote much of the show to telling you how to eat more leafy greens, which are arguably the healthiest vegetables you can eat. Today’s podcast is seven minutes.
