If more vegans blogged their food diaries, I bet veganism would seem a lot less intimidating to the public. A vegan reporter for the Cleveland Plain Dealer just blogged her past three days of eating. Nothing at all exciting here, and the quantity of food she eats would leave me ravenously hungry, but this still gives a great idea of one person’s everyday eating. And it’s a great reminder that even the simplest vegan diets are rarely boring.
This sort of thing would have helped me a ton back when I first wanted to stop eating meat.
