Update from Paul Shapiro

The SEC ruled in our favor in a case in which Denny’s tried to prevent its shareholders from voting on HSUS’s resolution. The ruling sets the stage for the vote now.

McDonald’s shareholders will soon vote on another HSUS resolution urging the company to improve its animal welfare record. You can read the blog entry I wrote about it, and an article about it, too.
