The New York Times has an incredibly upbeat article about Chloe Coscarelli’s life-changing, world-dominating vegan cupcakes. Every once in a great while you see a major newspaper article put vegan living front and center, without including a single sentence that’s wrong or stupid. This is one of those rare moments.
