Herschel Walker: Vegetarian and Still Dominating at Age 48

More than a decade into retirement and nearing age fifty, NFL great Herschel Walker continues to be a monstrous physical specimen. Get a load of his workout routine, which starts with a casual 2000 sit-ups and 750 to 1500 push-ups every morning at 5:30 AM.  It then proceeds through the morning and afternoon.

All this on a diet that sounds like it wouldn’t sustain grandma: a single meal each day of salad and bread. These days, as a mixed martial arts competitor, Herschel is kicking the asses of men half his age. (Thanks, Paul.) Link.
