Thanksgiving

While turkey has traditionally been the centerpiece of a Thanksgiving meal, public sentiment against factory farming seems to be increasing every year. And happily, it’s easy to create a wonderful Thanksgiving feast without a speck of animal products.

There is a wide and growing assortment of recipes and store-bought products that render turkey obsolete. Two standout turkey replacements are Field Roast’s Celebration Loaf and Turtle Island Foods’ Tofurky. Coming up with great side dishes won’t be a problem either. Nearly all of the usual Thanksgiving accompaniments, from stuffing to cranberry sauce to pumpkin pie, can easily be prepared vegan.

And of course, if you need a complete set of recipes for the ultimate Thanksgiving feast, Vegan.com has you covered.

So why not make your next Thanksgiving vegan? You won’t be disappointed!
