There are all sorts of items you can keep in the kitchen that are either ready-to-eat or require minimal preparation. Here are some of the most popular:

  • Hummus (in your local market’s refrigerated section)

  • Baby carrots (great with hummus or baba ghannouj)
  • Sprouted grain tortillas (with jam, hummus & veggies, or nut butter)
